Our staff has over 30 years of experience inspecting FHA multifamily projects and preparing reports used for obtaining FHA loans or approving payouts. We are dedicated to full collaboration with your development team, using frequent meetings (in-person or virtual) to ensure compliance with contract documents. We understand the priority of keeping construction on schedule and budget and believe in a collaborative approach with field and project managers to meet critical path timelines.
